412 Fountain Place

Providing foundation support via helical steel piers at the outer corners of their home's original all-brick front porch to arrest the downslope slippage of the porch, which has begun to separate from the house. This remedial work will also prevent further mortar fractures in the porch - a significant defining feature of the c. 1940 residence.
